Vista Bonita is a newly-built, modern villa within the desirable resort of Calheta. This three-storey property is finished in a modern style, with contemporary and comfortable furnishings throughout. From the driveway, steps lead up to the pool and garden area, which offers beautiful views over the resort and out to the coast. The glass patio windows open out to south-facing balconies enabling you to enjoy the wonderful sea views. On this floor you will also find a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. Stairs to the first floor lead to three spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms, the master benefit from its own ensuite shower room while the other two bedrooms having access to a modern family shower room. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning and balconies to enable you enjoy the wonderful views. Outside, the south-facing pool area offers sunshine all day and to the side is a covered terrace with built-in barbecue, sink and dining facilities. However if you want some respite from the sun, on the lower ground floor is games room with ping-pong, darts and table games, as well as an added guest toilet and laundry area. Vista Bonita is situated in the area of ‘Arco da Calheta’ where a 15 minute walk will take you to a lovely café and a minimarket, however a larger selection of restaurants, amenities and a man-made sandy beach can be found at Calheta marina, within a 5-10 minute drive.
