Description

Located within the Aroeira Golf Resort on the Lisbon coast and enjoying extensive private grounds, Villa Zeze is a charming holiday home that's ideal for large families or groups of friends.

The villa has been tastefully furnished, with tile and wood flooring throughout to create a traditional and comfortable feel. It's ideally located for a range of amenities and is just a short walk from the shimmering sands of Praia Fonte da Telha.

On the ground floor is a generous open-plan living and dining room with two comfortable sofas, chair and bean bags for flexible seating options and a classic wood dining table with chairs.

Also sharing this space is a games area with pool table, perfect for enjoying some healthy competition with other guests. There are also doors that lead outside. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for cooking delicious meals with local ingredients, such as fish and seafood.

Also on this floor is a double bedroom that has a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with twin beds. The spacious bathroom with shower is accessible from outside is available for use by all guests.

The first floor has more bedrooms, of which one is an impressive suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A further three bedrooms have a double bed, and another has a single bed. There's also a second bathroom which features a bathtub. Two extra beds are also available upon request.

Outside the villa are several terraces with outdoor furniture for relaxing or socialising. Go further into the 1.2-acre gardens, and you'll find a covered dining area with kitchen and barbecue for enjoying meals al fresco.

Closer to the villa is a large private swimming pool with a selection of sun loungers. Dotted around the grounds are a variety of mature trees and plants, giving you your very own slice of hidden paradise to enjoy.

#### Location
Part of the Aroeira Golf Resort complex, the villa is a short walk to two 18-hole championship golf courses, four tennis courts and a communal tropical swimming pool.

For more relaxing activities there's also a spa, shopping centre, bars and range of restaurants on offer. Additional facilities include a healthcare centre and a children's playground.

While cool pine forests surround you, the warm sands of Praia Fonte da Telha are also just minutes away from the villa. The long stretches of beach are mostly very quiet, and the waves are perfect for surfing.

There are many beachfront restaurants to choose from, with most serving up local grilled fish dishes and offering terraces to dine on as you watch some beautiful sunsets over the sea.

Further along the coast are the lively beaches near the centre of Costa da Caparica. Approximately a 10 km drive from the villa, this famous resort town is a fun combination of tourist seaside spirit and traditional local atmosphere.

Walk down the promenade that runs along the front of town to take in the views across the coastal landscapes. The southern end of the beach is quieter, with pine forests and more rustic cafes for an authentic Portuguese feel to your day out by the sea.

Setubal is around a 40-minute drive from the villa and takes you to another unique coastline. This port city has a variety of interesting religious sites to stroll around, including the Monastery of Jesus and the 18th century Igreja de Sao Juliao.

Setubal sits between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sado River, so activities revolve around either the strong waves or calm waters, such as surfing or kayaking. If you're lucky, you'll spot the dolphin community that live in the Sado River.
