There is also a family bathroom and shower room. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen, utility, dining room with electric fire, snug with woodburner and a first floor sitting room. To the outside there is roadside parking for 2 cars on a first come, first served basis with alternative parking in car parks nearby and enclosed lawned gardens with patio, furniture and barbecue. Pretoria is an excellent cottage for families or friends looking for a seaside break in this glorious region of Cornwall.
