Accessing from the main entrance - placed on the sea level - and going up the terraces you reach the unique level that houses the three structures that make up the property and the swimming pool with a panoramic view of the crystal-clear sea. The pajara is strategically positioned: in fact, it turns its most elegant face to the sun that rises early in the morning and then falls into the water and evening evening during the long summer days. The living area that welcomes guests on arrival, not surprisingly, has a breathtaking sea view.

The fulcrum is certainly the marvelous pajara, the trullo of Salento, which rises between two other houses, all finely restored with conservative criteria and houses a spectacular double room.

The historic dwelling, located around the pajara, is made entirely of stone, and consists of a large fitted kitchen and dining table, a stone fireplace, two double bedrooms and a marble bathroom.

The lamia, of more recent construction, houses a double bedroom with bathroom and is furnished with a small private kitchenette.

Next to the house there is also a small bathroom with shower, made from a small stone trullo.

Tenuta Scialandre, is equipped with an excellent Wi-Fi connection that can be used throughout the building and thanks to a satellite system, the outdoor area can also enjoy high quality sound coming from a latest generation stereo system, ideal to relax by the pool.
