The 60m² vacation villa "Villa Roberta" is located in Quartu Sant'Elena, a coastal town on Italian island of Sardinia. The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The villa features air conditioning and a washing machine. Children are allowed. Living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. Bedroom has a queen size bed. Guests can enjoy the spectacular sea view and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the covered terrace, both for private use. The outdoor area also has a private grill. The villa is just 100 m from the sea and a 15 to 20-minute drive (10 to 12.5 km) from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues. Only a 6 to 12-minute drive (3.5 to 8.5 km) brings you to the beautiful Sant' Andrea and Cala Regina beaches. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Spiagetta Sotto Murgalia and Lotto Edificabile hiking areas just 9 to 13 (7 to 10 km) by car from the villa. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Cagliani Golf Club just 7 minutes (5 km) by car from the villa. The Quartu Sant'Elena area has many cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and coastal landscape. Cagliari Airport is a 30 minute (25.5 km) drive from the villa.
