Beautiful detached villa in Busot (located in the Bonalba residential area) just 20 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of El Campello. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants a 5-minute drive away. The villa is in a quiet area and yet very close to the center of Busot and Mutxamel. Bonalba Golf Course is 3 km away.
The villa consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. A storage room with washing machine. There is a large, bright living room (with a fireplace) and a dining area with a view of the garden and the mountains.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms (each with toilet), and there is also a whirlpool in the large bathroom. And the house has a multifunctional basement where there is a large sleeping space (bunk bed with 3 sleeping places + extra bed) and a relaxation corner (with extra TV-DVD-Wii). The house is suitable for 8 adults and 2 children (+1 baby).
The fully walled garden with swimming pool has plenty of privacy and is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and swimming pool toys. Moreover, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. There is also an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. The house is also equipped for families with babies or small children (there are stair gates, 2 travel cots, a buggy and a car seat).
