The villa is located just a few minutes walk from the Marina where there is a wide range of bars and restaurants. The main tourist resort of Golf Del Sur is a short stroll away as well.
The villa itself is a traditional style canarian villa with high ceilings to keep it cool in the hot summer months.
The private pool is heated free of charge from October to April and can be heated in the summer months too for a small weekly charge.
The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday away. There is free WIFI available and the large flat screen TV has over 30 UK Channels available.
The kitchen has literally everything plus the kitchen sink ! - there is a Washing Machine, Dishwasher, American style Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Hob, Kettle, Toaster, Deep Fat Fryer, George Foreman Grill, Microwave and all the cuttlery and crockery you will need.
