This semi-detached holiday home with private pool in Subbiano lies just 10 km from Arezzo and at the gates of the Casentinesi Forests National Park. It consists of two apartments both with independent entrances and not communicating with each other. The first apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom. The other apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by an external wooden staircase located at the rear of the accommodation. This part of the house consists of an open-space with kitchenette, living room, double bed, bathroom and two mezzanine bedrooms with single bed. The accommodation offers a beautiful terrace where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation enjoying the beautiful view of the landscape and the beautiful swimming pool below, for the exclusive use of guests and surrounded by a large garden connected directly to the cultivated vegetable garden of the house owner, who does not use any chemical substance, and from which you can freely pick and taste the delicious vegetables. Available to guests are also a ping pong table, badminton net and bowls. Some fitness equipment is also available (abdominal bench, step, weights). This holiday home is the ideal starting point to visit the beautiful medieval city of Arezzo, where the famous “Giostra del Saracino” takes place every year in June and September. Subbiano is also strategically positioned to visit the many historic villages located throughout the Casentino area. Poppi 18 km, Bibbiena 14 km, Stia 28 km are just some of the magnificent places where you can stroll and admire unique places of their kind and where you can enjoy excellent Tuscan cuisine while sipping a good glass of wine. Do not forget to visit the famous Sanctuaries of La Verna and Camaldoli at about 45 minutes distance.
