Description
We rent a semi-detached house, with private garden and parking area, consisting of two bedrooms, one double, one with 2/3 single beds or 1 double and 1 single, kitchen, 1 bathroom,. All the rooms overlook the garden. On request, a cot and high chair up to 3/4 years.
The house is situated within a pine forest near the sea, where you can relax and play sports in an area equipped with tennis courts, soccer, bowling, playground for children, refreshment . A short walking trail will lead to the direct access to the beach. Nearby there is a market with direct input. The completely fenced common area, low traffic roads inside the playground make it ideal for families with children and teenagers.
Santa Margherita di Pula, known tourist resort, is located about 40 km from Cagliari and 50 from the airport of Cagliari-Elmas. Nearby there are Pula, 8 Km, animated tourist center, the beautiful beaches of Chia and Teulada, the golf course of Is Molas, the archaeological area of Nora and the aquarium, a water playground in Villa San Pietro .
