Contemporary in design and furnishings and with a great holiday feel, this beautiful new 3-bedroom villa is located in sunny Arco da Calheta, and has wonderful views of the sea and of the surrounding mountains that tower over it.

The front door leads straight to the very spacious and airy open-plan air-conditioned living area. In front of the Smart Cable Flat-screen TV (with connection to Netlfix and Youtbe), is a sofa and two comfortable armchairs overlooking the pool and the wonderful views. The glass dining table is closer to the fully equipped modern kitchen that leads onwards to the laundry room.

The corridor leads to the bedrooms and shower rooms. All feature king-size beds, air-conditioning and electric blinds. You wake up with views of the sea in the Master Bedroom (with en-suite shower room) and the second bedroom and both open to the pool deck. The second and third bedrooms share the family shower room.

The southern front of the villa is occupied by the swimming pool and sun-deck with sun-beds, a sun umbrella, and outdoor dining table for 6. To the side of the villa is a built-in barbecue, perfect for those balmy evenings in Arco da Calheta.

Swimming pool heating:

Heating is optional and costs, 120,00€ per week for 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival.

Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested within this period or after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

There is free Wi-Fi connection throughout the living area and bedrooms.

There is secure parking facilities for up to 1 car. Although not essential, as in most villas, a hire car is recommended.

Cleaning

Cleaning and linen change is provided every 7 days.

All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.



Booking Notes

The advertised prices are based on a 4 person occupancy, and a supplement of 98€ per person per week applies should anyone join you for any length of time.

A security deposit of 250€ is required on arrival, payable in cash.

Swimming pool heating is optional and costs, per week, 120€ for a 24ºC setting, 150€ for a 25ºC setting and 180€ for a 26ºC setting.

To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable 30% deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
