Description
Villa Giorgia is a lovely villa in Apulia, southern Italy, distant only an 8 minutes drive from the white beaches of Torre Guaceto Natural Reserve, Oasis of the WWF, and at only 15 minutes from the Aeroporto del Salento, the airport of Brindisi. Villa Giorgia is a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday, far away from the chaotic and frenetic city life.
Villa Giorgia is situated in a two hectares estate, entirely fenced, and sourrounded by olive trees, some of them hundreds of years old, pine trees and various kinds of fruit trees.
The Villa has a surface of about 400 sq m, and is composed of: a foyer, a large living area of about 200 sq m fitted out with various sorts of enternainment, like a biliard and a ping pong table, a large eat-in kitchen adequately equipped, four double bed rooms, each provided with personal bath room complete with toilette, shower and washbasin, and one room with two single beds, also with private bath room. The finishes are of fine quality and enhance the natural materials of the interior design. The villa has modern facilities as internet wi-fi, air condition in all rooms, heating, washing mashine, alarm system and security. All windows have mosquito nets in order to guarantee a peaceful and undisturbed sleep.
From the wide patio you can admire the orchard in front of the villa, and you may pick fresh seasonal fruits in any moment, such as figs, spring figs ("fioroni"), prickly pears, and many other.
Behind the villa is a wide and shady pine grove; and, defined by the typical local dry stone walls, sourrounded by flowers and palm trees, you will reach the "crown jewel" of the estate: the two generous swimming pools, joined by two watercourses under glass flowing into two small waterfalls. The solarium provides you with beach chairs and sun beds, and a covered area is dedicated to the barbecue. Villa Giorgia shares the swimming pool area with the other villa situated in the estate (Villa Giulia).
The building has been recently renovated in order to combine a beautyful country stile with the comfort of modern houses, evolving from an ordinary country house to a paradise where to enjoy a holiday in complete relax.
