Terre di Bea Cottage is the ideal retreat for a romantic, restorative or adventurous holiday. It is located by the sea, nestled within the heart of Pine Ridge Forest Reserve of Parco Delle Madonie.
The property is immersed in the Mediterranean nature, characterized by pines, cork-oaks, corbezzoli trees, erica shrubs and many rare or endangered species of flora and fauna.
It is a completely private Eco-Sanctuary that boasts a breathtaking view of the majestic deep blue Mediterranean Sea and the Aeolian islands, which are just in front.

Terre di Bea has been recently renovated, respecting the Sicilian tradition, it is characterized by a rustic style with hand-sculptured indigenous stones, chest-nut trees beams, ancient clay tiles, and décor features arts and craft made by local artists.

The cottage can comfortably accommodate four guests (plus a 5th person in a single bed with memory foam mattress), it consists of two separated bedrooms with independent entrance and bath-room equipped with rain showers massage, a spacious sheltered outdoor kitchen with sea-view, equipped with BBQ, mini bar provided with local organic fruits, Sicilian wines and soft drinks and everything you need to prepare gorgeous meals with your loved ones.

The decor is made up of airy fabrics, open space, seaside-inspired colors, beachy accents, tough woods to withstand sandy feet and salty air, and tones that reflect the sea and sky. The outdoor living space offers secluded private dining space, surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens and amazing panoramic views.
You can relax on the sundeck on a full-size day-bed or stretch out in your personal hammock, and at night do whatever you want in our starlit lounge in complete privacy under a blanket of the brightest stars, a truly unique experience!!!

It is also possible to customize your experience with add-on items (at extra charge) such as body treatments and massages, a private chef and private attendant to cook lunch and dinner, a guided fishing tour, pre-ordered specific grocery items, a cake or special treat to celebrate an occasion.

Finally, with the new 2021 season the new Starfish Solarium will be available: a wooden handcraft shaded area with an outdoor living area, lounge chairs, and a private pool 6x3mt 150cm deep perfect for family with children.

Location and surroundings:
Cefalù is located on the northern Sicilian coast, about 70 km from Palermo, at the foot of a rocky promontory. It is one of the major seaside resorts in the whole region; despite its size, every year it attracts a significant flow of local, national and foreign tourists who, in the summer period, triple the population, making the main squares and the most important streets of the country crowded.
The town, which is part of the Madonie Park, is included in the club of the most beautiful villages in Italy, the association of small Italian towns that stand out for their great artistic, cultural and historical importance, for livability and services to citizens.
The cathedral of the city included in the Arab-Norman Palermo site and the cathedrals of Cefalù and Monreale in 2015 were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Rental rules:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, final balance within 30 days before the arrival.
Minimum stay: 7 nights
Check-in: from 15:00; checkout within 10:00
Damage deposit (refundable): € 350,00 to provide upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damages.
Cleaning fee: € 100,00.
Welcome package 150 euro value included in the rental price: Sicilian wines, beers, mineral water, soft drinks, fruit juices, local cold cuts and cheeses, milk, coffee for espresso machine, iced tea, generic ingredients for cooking such as: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pasta, tomato sauces, marmalade, cookies, spices, honey, salt and sugar.
