Luxury Colonial villa in the historical center of the University City of San Cristobal de la Laguna, named UNESCO Heritage. The style and the quality of the house is amazing, as the great garden with his furnished terrace to enjoy with the family or friends. The heart of the house is the Canarian Patio with a cristal skylight. At the ground floor you will find the entrance with a big hall, a bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom in suite with direct access to the garden, a large TV and game room with an extra kitchen closed to the terrace and garden. The terrace is fantastic to enjoy with family and friends and the garden is carefully planted with Canarian and tropical plants. There, you surely will forget that you’re located in downtown. At the upper floor you will find 4 other3 bedrooms, one with 2 articulated single beds and with bathroom in suite, 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds and another bedroom with double bed, that shares another bathroom. In the upper floor you will find also a large and full equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a majestic dining and living room with chimney and a typical Canarian balcony. Apart from the chinmey, there are some portable heaters in the house. A big garage for 3 cars and automatic garage door with direct access to the house is provided, in case you rent a car. To visit the city you will not need a car, due to the house is located by the famous Plaza del Cristo and within only 6 minutes walk away you will find the most touristic points like the cathedral, La Plaza del Adelantado or the shopping street Calle Herradores. This villa is perfect to enjoy a culture, historic, artistic and/or gastronomic holiday. Plenty of high quality restaurants or Canarian Tapa bars to choose are provided, as if you prefer, gourmet shops or supermarkets to cook by yourself. The next beach is in Bajamar and only 15 minutes drive away and hikers can start directly from the house into the Mercedes Mountains. The Anaga Mountains, UNESCO Biosphere Reserve are also few kilometers away. If you really want to know Tenerife and their people, than you´re right in La Laguna.
On arrival, a deposit of 200€ in cash is requested, which will be returned by departure if there are no damages caused to the house.
