This two-level holiday home in Montjovet offers two large outdoor areas, one is an enclosed meadow and one is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and barbecue, which will offer you relaxation and a nice place where your children can play. The house is on two levels, connected by a staircase, and comprises a large living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed. On the first floor is a kitchen with dining area. A few metres from the house passes a branch of the Via Francigena. Montjovet is located in a strategic position for the vicinity of ski areas, cities full of history, castles and natural beauties. At 5 km Champdepraz is the home of the Mont Avic Nature Park, a park full of flora and fauna, with numerous lakes. The house lies just 52 km from Gressoney, where you will find the ski lifts of Monte Rosa, 57 km from Breuil Cervinia and 37 km from Champoluc with the ski lifts connecting with the Monte Rosa area. At 46 km distance is the famous Weissmatten track, awarded in 2009 as the best alpine track with the uniqueness of having a good lighting that will allow you to experience the thrill of night-time skiing. In the summertime there are countless sports / recreational activities you can enjoy: marked trails with possibility of riding, rafting and canyoning in the Chalamy stream. Nearby, in the Mont Avic National Park, guided excursions with snowshoes are organized during the winter time. In Gressoney, from June to October, a 9-hole golf course is open. Valle d'Aosta is a region rich in art and culture. Aosta (42 km) offers many monuments of Roman and medieval times and numerous castles dot the Valdostan landscape. Worth visiting are the castles of Fenis (18 km), Issogne (11 km), Verres (11 km), Sarre (44 km) and Bard (19 km). All together offer a complete fresco of military and feudal life. The enogastronomy features some exquisite DOP products, including the Lardo di Arnad and Fontina, which are widely used in rich local cuisine. At 5 km you will find Saint Vincent with its famous spa, with a wide choice of spa to relax, immersed in enchanting landscapes surrounded by the beautiful Alpine peaks, the Casino and historical testimonies with neolithic graffiti and Celtic cliffs. At 78 km is Turin, the first capital of Italy, with its richness in monuments and museums. Do not miss to visit the famous Egyptian Museum and the Venaria Reale Palace (80 km), which was home to the kings of Italy and is listed in the World Heritage List. Milan, with its shopping streets, is 145 km from here and easily reachable.
