Quinta Ruja is a bright, tastefully decorated villa sleeping up to eleven guests in the region of Douro. This villa is situated in the residential area of Labruja and enjoys stunning panoramic countryside views. This villa is perfect for larger groups or families wanting to enjoy some beautiful natural surroundings in a quiet village location.

The outdoor space is extremely idyllic, with its panoramic views, lawned gardens and private swimming pool, you can truly relax in this rural retreat. The well-kept lawn and garden is a winner and contains beautiful trees, including grapevines, fruit trees and olive trees for you to admire. If this wasn't enough, there is a private swimming pool with plenty of outdoor furniture, a barbecue and terrace for alfresco dining. You definitely will not be disappointed with the view this villa has to offer, and the rich green gardens are just the icing on the cake.

Quinta Ruja offers amazing indoor space, perfect for relaxing and socialising as a group. The living area is home to large comfortable sofas, flat-screen television with a DVD player, a CD player, stereo and internet access. This space is shared with the dining area, which can comfortably seat everyone. From the living area, you can exit onto the terrace where you can continue to enjoy the Portuguese sunshine or dine alfresco. The kitchen is just off the living area and is in a galley style equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an American style fridge/freezer, a toaster and a coffee machine. In the evening, you can sit and watch the sunset and enjoy the cool air of a Portuguese evening.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two of which have queen-size beds while the other has two single beds. All the ground floor bedrooms benefit from their own stunning en-suite bathrooms. The last of the bedrooms can be found on the upper floor, both of which have queen-size beds and share a good-sized family bathroom. One of the bedrooms contains a sofa bed if needed. There are four bathrooms in total, meaning that there is ample room for you and your guests to use the bathrooms liberally and with privacy.

#### Location
Quinta Ruja is situated in the residential area of Labruja and enjoys panoramic views of the stunning countryside. Not too far from this villa is the infamous Douro River, where you can even bathe in the river, which is a once in a lifetime opportunity. The Montemuro mountain range is one of the places with the greatest presence of beauty and natural countryside. In the Bestanca alleys and the Paiva river, you can witness the stunning surroundings, made up of some unique beauties, an abundance of green meadows, rivers and streams.

The distance to the centre of Labruja is a 2km away and has an array of amenities, and if you travel a little further, you can also visit Porto, which is 60km away. Porto is the principal port and city of Portugal and is famous for its Port – something you would have to try if you wanted to visit this part of Portugal. With these amenities being so close to the villa, you can try some of the many delicacies available in the cafes, restaurants and shops or pick up some beautiful Portuguese food to take back to the villa to cook up a storm! As mentioned before, if you and your guests do not mind travelling a little further afield, then the beach is around 40km from this villa, but offers something a little different to the countryside feeling of the villa.
