This beautiful villa is located in the area of Marsala offering panoramic views of the whole Aegadian archipelago. The location couldn’t be better and is completely private and quiet, but at the same time allowing you to stay within easy reach from both the beach and Marsala city center.
The villa is spread over three floors and accommodates up to 10 guests. With a large and elegant Mediterranean-style garden with a private saltwater pool with infinity edge, and a modern minimal design enhanced by luxury finishing’s. The pool features hydro massage, and a solarium area furnished with sun loungers, bean-bag chairs and parasols. From here in the garden or from the inside the house, thanks to the large glass panoramic windows, you can sit down with your favorite book and a glass of wine and take in and enjoy the amazing views of the Sicilian sun, setting in the distance.
The outdoor area has private parking spots and is surrounded by the nearby vineyards, and has two panoramic terraces completely furnished to serve as dining areas, a veranda with dining area and BBQ.
The interior design matches the elegance and minimalism of the architectural style flowing through the villa, featuring a light decor and a high attention to detail.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, all provided with ensuite bathrooms, A/C and flat screen TV’s, moving up to the second floor you will find a stunning double bedroom with A/C and flat screen TV, plus a bathroom featuring hydro massage shower, from your room you can step out onto your very own panoramic terrace overlooking the garden and views of the coast.
Located on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening out on to the large open plan living room and dining area, featuring large panoramic windows and doors, here you can sit down and relax with the family and watch your favorite film on the large smart TV with Netflix.
Located just a few kilometers away from Marsala city center and is within easy reach from the beach, the area of Marsala has a lot to offer to tourists and beach lovers, however just a short drive away the areas of Agrigento and Trapani are easily reachable, here if wish to go and explore further afield, you can jump on a ferry from Marsala and Trapani and plan day trips to Favignana and the other Aegadian islands.
