If you are looking for a quiet place to rest a few steps from the bustle of Sitges, VILLA RIERA is the perfect place.
This 3-storey house, recently renovated, offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped to give your guests the maximum comfort possible.
There are two large rooms each one independent, creating two totally different environments and
welcoming providing privacy if there are children.
On the main floor are the toilet, kitchen and a first dining room for winter.
On the first floor are located the two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with bunk beds as well as a full bathroom. Also the suite with private bathroom, composed of double bed. There is tv and air conditioning.
On the ground floor and with direct access to the garden we have the second living room with TV and space for the fourth bedroom with sofa bed.
The entire house has mosquito nets installed for the well-being of guests as well as electric shutters.
There is a chill out area with a dining table that seats 8 people outdoors, with a barbecue and a summer dining area. There is a fridge and a freezer for the enjoyment of the summer.
It is located a few meters from the beach walking or with bicycles but in a very quiet area of ??Sitges. It offers all the enjoyment of the village but preserving the calm and privacy that one often seeks for his vacation. Strongly recommended for families and / or couples of friends.

- The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.
