The villa is completely equipped with tables, chairs and couches,. From the main living area , just outside there are couches and a dining table for 8. To the end of the garden after the pool, a small outdoor kitchen, with indoor fridge water dispenser, musical diffusion and policarbonate glasses and plates for dining al freso, with a seperate area for gas barbecue. Couches and ping pong table. The garden has fruit trees, pommergranite, figs, clemintine, organges, lemon, pera, apple and gelsi ( rare plant) and all our local herbs, basil, parsley, tyme, mint, sage, etc . The villa, 800 mt to the crystalline sea, 3 km to Castro, (Capri of the south) and 5 km to the spa and natural caves of S. Cesareo Terme, and also the golden beaches of Otranto roughly 20 mins away. The garden is hidden behind the villa, with white pool, orchard and vegetable patch for our clients , secular pine tree offering shade to the dependence, and large walnut tree for shaded parking inside the villa but opposite olive grove with further parking. Completely enclosed by wall and surrounded by olive groves. The villa is in a strategic position, each day you can easily reach a different beach, choosing from the most beautiful or visit all places of interest in Salento. It is near the Spa Santa Cesarea for beauty treatments especially mud massages!!. Free WiFi in the whole structure, satellite tv in main house and in dependance which has natural shade under a beautiful pine tree and has musical diffusion in all of garden. Gas barbecue area and dining table for 6 for dining 'al fresco' in the evening next to the pool and dining al fresco for 8 next to main house. Area relax in all of the garden. Garden lights on 'crespullari’ system. There is A/C in every room, including Kitchen and lounge and gas central heating for winter time. We also have dehumidifiers for those who do not prefer A/C. The kitchen is very well stocked with most types of 'robots' especially for smoothies etc , nespresso coffee machine, perculator coffee or standard 'italian moka, sandwich maker, frothy milk machine for capuccino, mickey mouse singing toaster, especially appreciated by little ones, various dinner services with relative platters for formal dining, and polybicarbonate glasses etc for pool for safety. Toddlers pool on request and various 'lylos' for pool available. Bicyles for the little ones supplied and cot available on request.
A more regular maid service, chef or local 'massaia' available, price on request.
Things to do:
Grotta verde and Grotta Zinzalusa, with flosfourecent waters, little insegnaura Acquaviva, Ciola, Marina di Novaglia, La Grotta del Lago, Santa Maria de Leuca, and the UNESCO SITE, choosing from 250 km of splendid coastline.

National parks:
This area is protected and is called Bosco Belveder and goes betweem Otranto and Tricase and is full of olive trees. The ‘parco delle more’ has natural mirto, figs, ficchii d’india, coniferi and secular pine trees an extraordinary mediteranean scrub for walking , byciling or even horse riding.

Sea very near, irrepressible nature, total relax private but non secluded, history that you can feel and breath with eventual guided tours, geniune food mostly km 0, exceptional wine, which you may taste in some of our renowned cantines, Menhir, Guarini and Castel di Salve , or visit some famous olive oil mills, which makes this villa geografically strategic. Futhermore you can taste the salentine cuisine, very slow food at km 0 or book a kitchen course even at the villa with a personal chef.
