Description

The property is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Siena, just a few minutes by car to the centre. It enjoys a wonderful panoramic position just in front of the medieval city, overlooking the Tower, the main churches and the ancient town. The Villa is surrounded by a fenced garden with pine and cypress trees and has a beautiful swimming pool (6x12 h.1,20-3,5 m). The total area of the villa is approx 330 square meters, plus 1.5 ha of land. The Villa enjoys privacy even if is easily accessible and from the garden and the some of the internal rooms enjoys a beautiful view towards Siena. The ground floor of the villa is designed as entertainment area, with representative entrance hall, large lounge and dining room, plus a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom and access to two porches; the first floor houses the sleeping area, with large hallway and veranda, master bedroom with panoramic terrace, four more bedrooms (two twins) and three bathrooms.
