There are eleven bedrooms, three located on the ground floor, each of which has a double bed, and eight on the first floor. Of them, four are furnished with a double bed each and four with two single beds each. On the first floor, there is one bathroom with shower, just like the one on the ground floor. Moreover, there is an outdoor bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, located right next to the porch. The living area of the villa comprises a large dining-living room with fireplace and a completely equipped kitchen. Nine bedrooms and the living area are provided with air-con.

On the porch, you will find a useful barbeque, a refrigerator, and a large dining table where you can relish delicious dishes with your friends and relatives while enjoying some splendid views that stunning dawns.

The access to the house is made possible by a four-km-long lane connected with the main road. This mountain road is characterised by curves and a 150 metre-long paved stretch. You can easily access with all kind of vehicles. The last part of the lane is slightly steep.
