Description

Chalet Pam Pam stands on a hill in the middle of the pines, in a dominant position with a 180 degrees panorama on the Italian Alp peaks, of Aosta Valley. The house benefits from a privileged position, far from prying eyes, and is surrounded by a rich typical mountain vegetation on a land of 1.700 m². The rustling of the wind, the cheerful rushing of the stream and the call of the eagles intersperse the quiet of the place. Chalet Pam Pam is on 3 levels: In the basement there is a flat with independent entrance with exclusive usage by the ownership. The Chalet (130 m²) is on 2 floors; on the1st floor there is a large living room with a fire place made of dry stones and wood, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large panoramic terrace where you can have lunch and sunbathe. On the 2nd floor there is the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms, a second bathroom. Natural elements such as stone and wood come together to create warm, comfortable environments. An intimate atmosphere, a nest in which to pamper yourself by resting limbs and spirit surrounded by an oasis of peace. Vetan, which in the ancient local dialect "patois" means windy, rises on a plateau at 1,796 m in the municipality of Saint Pierre and is part of the area of the Grand Paradis National Park. Vetan enjoys an extraordinary panoramic position from which to admire the central valley of Aosta, the point from which the valleys of Cogne, Valsavarenche, Rhemes, Valgrisenche branch out, as well as numerous peaks such as Becca di Nona, Mont Emilius, Pointe de la Pierre, Grivola and the Rutor glacier. Do not miss to visit Fallère Lake and the Refuge belonging to the local wood sculpturer Siro Vierin! Vetan has ancient roots! First there were the Celts and then the Romans, and today it is inhabited by the spirits of the woods and frequented by shamans from all over the world. Vetan is a meditative place in which to rediscover one's essence and live in harmony with nature. In Vetan you can practice: climbing, trekking, Nordic walking, Jogging, cycling, Down hill, horse riding, paragliding, Yoga and meditation. To see in Valle d'Aosta: Bard Fortress, Baron Gamba Picture gallery, Gamba Castle, the astronomical observatory of St. Barthélemy. In Aostra you can admire the Roman Theater, Augustus' Arch, the archaeological museum, the megalithic area, furthermore the Grand Paradis National Park and the thermal baths of Pré St. Didider.
