The Villaggio del Sole holiday resort and campsite is located near Marina Romea in a green pine forest. It's directly on the Adriatic coast, 25km away from beautiful Ravenna and 60km away from the republic of San Marino. Villaggio del Sole is a large holiday resort and campsite offering direct, private access to the sea and a sandy beach. For the duration of your stay, you'll have two loungers and a parasol at your disposal on the beach. Children will love the paddling pool and the playground at the resort. During high season, there's also an animation programme offering lots of fun games and activities. There's plenty to do for the grown-ups too. The enthusiastic animation team organises regular music and dance nights. You have everything you need to cook your own meal and enjoy it al-fresco on your terrace. But if you don't fancy cooking, you could eat in the restaurant or the pizzeria at the resort. Active holidaymakers won't get bored, either. Start the day with the open-air fitness equipment, play a game of beach volleyball or rent a bicycle to explore the surroundings. Nature lovers shouldn't miss the opportunity to visit the Po Delta, a protected nature reserve. It's one of Italy's most important nesting areas for birds. You can find many rare birds, other animals and even flamingos in this area. The park can be explored by bike, on foot or by boat. The city of Ravenna is known for its world-famous Byzantine mosaics. Many of its monuments are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites. You can easily spend a few hours strolling around this beautiful, historical city. Piazza del Popolo is nice place to take a break and have lunch or enjoy a glass of local wine. A visit to Mirabilandia would probably be the highlight of the holiday for children. It's one of Italy's largest theme parks and has numerous attractions, shows and a water park. Villaggio del Sole is an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday and offers a good mix of culture and nature.

The wooden chalets at the Villaggio del Sole holiday resort are grouped around the green site. They can be booked for five people (IT-48123-05) or six people (IT-48123-06). The chalets offer a wonderful covered terrace with garden furniture and are equipped with air conditioning. You'll have one parking space at your disposal. Air conditioning for up to 10 hours per day is included. If you don't leave the kitchen of your chalet in clean condition after your departure, you will be charged an additional € 30 cleaning fee.
