Villa Dela is a villa with excellent location, on the seafront of San Cataldo di Lecce, very close to the sandy beaches (30 meters) and only 10 minutes by car from Lecce "the capital of the Baroque"
The villa is spread over 2 floors within a garden with a well-kept swimming pool of about 400 square meters.
COMPOSITION: 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin / double with single sofa bed; 3 bathrooms, one of which with bathtub.
Ground floor: large porch equipped with outdoor furniture and sofas; a kitchen equipped with barbecue, a double bedroom with bathroom / shower
