Five bedrooms. Five bathrooms, two en-suite. Heating costs extra if used. The villa contains plenty of chairs, which guests can gather together, but there is only one sofa. The property is unsuitable for guests with limited mobility because of the internal stairs. The garden is reached via a flight of external steps from the first floor – both the pool and garden can be overlooked by neighbouring houses. The owner lives two doors along from the villa.
