The first floor of the Villa consists of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The ground floor consists of one guest toilet, a modern kitchen equipped with everything that guests need during their stay in the villa, a large dining room for 10 people and a comfortable lounge area overlooking the main terrace and pool. On the second floor, guests can find a wellness room equipped with jacuzzi, sauna and flat-screen TV for complete relaxation. The wellness room has access to an outdoor rooftop terrace with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

The main terrace is spacious and includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining and seating area for 10 people and a pool table. In front of the terrace is a unique 13 meter long pool (75 square meters) with an integrated jacuzzi and sun loungers. Near the pool is a gazebo with garden furniture, surrounded by a spacious garden with palm trees. The rest of the outdoor space is furnished in a modern style, designed for complete relaxation.

The villa offers complete privacy. It is surrounded by a fence around the entire property and has video surveillance for maximum security, including the covered parking place.
