The Villa has been recently renovated and puts the quality of the materials, meticulously selected, in the first place, the external covering of the structure and architectural details such as levels and various decorations are entirely made of Lecce stone, raw material "Made in Puglia", the external paving is instead embellished in part (150sqm) from marble, the remaining with Pietra Serena and Pietra di Siena.
