Detached house in the green hills of Chianti and just 2 km from the village of Fiano. This spacious and comfortable property, a former hayloft, is located on a hill overlooking the beautiful surrounding countryside. Its panoramic infinity pool, surrounded by a manicured garden, makes it the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing stay in contact with nature. The pool is not accessible after 9 pm and children under the oge of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. The location is though ideal for visiting Tuscany, with its numerous sights, museums, cities of art and ancient hamlets. In the basement of this house spread over three floors, there is a large, bright playroom with Ping-Pong and table football. The famous medieval towns Certaldo and San Gimignano can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes. Some more distances: the village of Montalbino 500m, Lucardo 1 km (restaurant and pizzeria), Fiano 2 km (grocery shop and a pizzeria), Monterspertoli (all kinds of shops) 8 km. The marvelous cities of art Florence and Siena are respectively 35 and 55 km away. Access via dirt road (15% gradient/ downhill), which is not suitable for low cars or sports cars. Arrivals are possible only between 5 pm and 8 pm.
