The villa is only a 9 minute walk from the beach or the town center of Sitges, which is around 450 metres.
The train station of Sitges is a 10 minute walk away where there are regular trains to Barcelona airport and to the centre of Barcelona.
The villa is south facing and the private pool and small garden receives the sun all day but there is also a shaded terrace where you can enjoy some shade at the side of the pool. There is a bbq and table and chairs for 8 people on the large terrace next to the pool.
There is a w.c with shower plus an utility store room with washing machine on the same level as the pool and garden.
Inside the villa there is a very bright living area with a split ac and plug-in heater, with access to a large terrace with table and chairs. Also there is access to a balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
There is a digital tv with USB slot, table and chairs for 6 to 8 people plus sofa and 2 swivel tub chairs. There is a fixed line wi-fi internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker and gas hob, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has access to the front balcony overlooking the pool.
The villa can sleep up to a maximum of 8 people. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and ac, bedroom 2 has 1 double and 1 single bed and bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 1 has a private balcony and TV with USB slot.
Location:
The villa is in a great location which is a really good advantage over many villas, no need for to be in a car all the time, you can walk everywhere with no problem. Be on the beach or in the centre in less than a 5 minute walk.
You'll find plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars to enjoy, as well as many shops, museums and other attractions.
