The villa has an ideal location, just 300 meters from the beach and close to all the attractions of the Costa Smeralda. It is a 2-storey house. On the upper floor which would be the main one we have 3 double bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with two single beds), 2 renovated bathrooms, one with chromotherapy shower and one with Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has both an electric oven and a microwave and also has a dishwasher. The living room has a beautiful ceiling with wooden beams, sofa bed and TV. The furnished terrace runs along the house and has an enchanting view of the sea of the Maddalena Archipelago. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with its own bathroom with toilet, bidet and sink. The shower is outdoors with hot water (very nice and useful in the summer!) Next to it is a storage / laundry room. The garden is very quiet and welcoming and there are some comfortable loungers ideal for sunbathing in the afternoon. The furniture is original and dates back to the 1970s. All bedroom furniture is made by local artisans and is very well maintained. The floor of the main house is unique and made of a typical local wood, the juniper. The 2 main bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the living room and the house is equipped with heating.
