Description

Cozy detached holiday home with private pool in Praia a Mare, in the province of Cosenza, a tourist resort overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea along the Riviera dei Cedri. Set in a panoramic position, the property is surrounded by a private walled garden with a splendid view of the sea and the coast. This is an ideal place to relax, lie back in the sun, read a book, swim in the pool, eat outside but also explore the area rich in history and traditions. Tastefully furnished, the house is on three levels. Ground floor: large living room- kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom; on the first floor is another living room, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a splendid open terrace from which you can admire the sea. The pearl of the house is the Suite which occupies the entire second floor with a double bed, two single beds and a large bathroom with massage tub. Available to guests, near the pool, is a barbecue area and gazebo equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals. The territory during the summer season offers countless festivals and events, where you will have the opportunity to taste the typical products of the area. The promenade of Praia a Mare is about 2 km from the house, from here you can easily reach the famous towns along the coast such as Diamante, Belvedere Marittimo, Scalea and the nearby Maratea with clubs, discos and pubs. Those who love mountain and nature excursions should not miss the beautiful Pollino National Park, with the possibility of making excursions to discover its peaks and forests where wolves, golden eagles and black woodpeckers live.
