Wonderful modern style villa located in the mountain La Sella just 10km to the beach.
This house is recently built and has a swimming pool with 4m wide and 8m long, beside a beautiful garden with natural grass and olive trees. In addition has amazing views to the mountain Montgo and all the valley, a perfect place to enjoy every dinner.
The villa has two floors, at the ground floor we find a large living room with air conditioner with an american kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook like oven, ceramic hob, big fridge with freezer, toaster, dish washer machine.. next to the kitchen is a storage room where the wahsmachine is.
The bedrooms are also located in the same floor. We find three double bedrooms with air conditioner. One of the bedrooms has a big bathroom with shower and bathtube with swimming pool views. The second bathroom with shower is between the other two bedrooms.
The second floor is private, it will remain closed by request of the owner.
