The farmhouse consists of two floors and has a total area of about 210m2. Each floor has 2 double bedrooms, 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. In 3 of the 4 living areas there is a double sofa bed, bringing the maximum number of guests to 14.
Each living area has an independent entrance and the apartments on the same floor can communicate or not through an internal door. On the ground floor there is a large veranda and access to the large green space, on the first floor there is a terrace of 30m2 and a balcony, all with breathtaking views of the hill and lake.
Doors and windows are security and high thermal insulation. Integrated mosquito nets help keep insects away. The floors are marble.

The Antico Casale Tiravento has remained, thanks to the careful renovation, a typical period rural house and is under the constraint of the Fine Arts. The location is unique. Even in the middle of the country, we are on a hill planted with olive trees and it is possible to admire Lake Trasimeno at 180 °. The highway that connects our Passignano sul Trasimeno with Perugia with the A1 highway through the hill behind us and is not visible. So you are well connected with the south of Tuscany and all of Umbria with possible day trips in every direction. The wonderful medieval villages of Cortona or Città della Pieve are a few kilometers away, Perugia approx. 30, Assisi 40, Siena, Gubbio and Todi can be reached in one hour.
