The house is situated on a small hill and boasts a pretty garden. It has been thoughtfully decorated in a traditional, country style. On the first floor you will find a rustic, open-plan living and kitchen area, complete with fireplace. The bedrooms are spread across three floors. A living room with sofa bed and a sleeping room with bath are found on the ground floor, which benefits from a separate entrance. The house is surrounded by a large forest with a narrow forest trail that leads to a swimming area in the nearby river (approximately 200m below). Shared table tennis and table football. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, including the Etruscan excavations of Rassina, just 10 km away. Alternatively, visit the Casentino Nature Park with its mountains, castles and monasteries. Arezzo is approximately 35 km away and Florence is 75 km away. In Talla you will find a grocery store, bar, swimming pool. Please note, an unpaved access road of 1.4 km (not suitable for low sports cars) leads to the property.
