Description

This vast and unique four-bedroom villa is located in an equally stunning setting at the foot of Mount Etna in Sicily's east. You are excellently positioned in a semi-rural environment surrounded by vineyards to enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and the magnificent coastline of the Costa dei Ciclopi.

The house's magnificent garden merges perfectly with the hillside and is still complete with vines used by the owner to grow wine. You can try or buy the local Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio wines made from the distinctive Etna grapes and enjoy them on the patio while soaking in the ambience.

Inside the villa, enjoy well-furnished living spaces with many original characteristics that add to the building's beauty. The house has been nicely refurbished, and the combination of rustic features and modern fixtures makes it a great vacation home.

The house is ideal for a family vacation, with features such as a private pool, a chic kitchen and living rooms, and even a billiards room.

Mount Etna is the most fabulous place to start organising a day trip. The largest volcano in Europe is a popular tourist destination that you may climb with or without a guide.

Suppose you prefer to enjoy the views in luxury while passing through some of the wonderful tiny settlements on the slopes. In that case, you can take the Circumetnea circle railway.

On the way up, you'll pass through some of the closest communities to the property, including Pedara, which has stores and fantastic restaurants.

You are also well-positioned to make the most of your trip to Sicily by seeing lovely destinations farther away. If you want to visit some of the vast and magnificent coastlines, head to Catania, which is 20 kilometres distant and has long sandy beaches, food markets, and a vibrant centre.

Finally, no journey to Sicily is complete without a day trip to Syracuse's lovely, historic city, which is only 90 minutes away.
