A warm and fully equipped villa located in the Elite area of Palermo, at only a few minutes from Mondello's Beach, this is Villa Celestino.
The house is independent and designed with style, it offers a nice garden with a patio, an external kitchen with dining area, a large pool and a lot of space inside. The furniture and style are warm and will let you feel like at home; the villa offers a large kitchen and dining area, fully equipped, a separate living room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms of which one ensuite in the master bedroom. The latter has also a nice terrace where you can have your breakfast.
The villa is provided Free Wi-Fi (inside and in the garden), Satellite TV, barbecue, patio, solarium, private parking, ping-pong, Play-station, WII.

The villa is located within a residential area, at only a few Km from the beautiful beach of Mondello and from Palermo. There are also several amenities in the area (market, shops, groceries, restaurants, etc.), all within walking distances, and a shopping center at less than 5 minutes drive.

The pool is available from June to September (exact days may vary, please ask). The pool area is divided in two separate parts, one is reserved to our guests and the other part may be used by the guests of the house next door, who use the pool rarely anyway.

OUR EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY WILL GIVE YOU RIGHT TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
• 70% REFUND
We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
