The gardens are landscaped with a large swimming pool, here at the pool you will find sunbeds and outside and inside showers.



Next to the pool is the outside living and dining space which is shaded and complimented by a kitchen with BBQ grills, pizza oven and dishwasher.



This is an ideal property for families and is great for children with large green areas, playhouse, and trampoline.



It is unusual to find a beautiful country house like this just a few minutes walk from a village like Puigpunyent. It has a great atmosphere with a nice mixture of friendly locals and foreigners. The Village Square is always buzzing with people and families with children until late evenings. There is a good choice of restaurants and shops in the village.



Puigpunyent is also the home of the 5 star "Gran Hotel Son Net" it has a beautiful restaurant and bars with views of the whole village and surrounding mountains.



The area is perfect for nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists, families with children or couples who wish to get away relax and visit the real Mallorca.



Puigpunyent is 15 minutes drive by car to Palma and the coast where you have a choice of several beautiful sandy beaches. and great beach clubs. For sports enthusiasts tennis and golf clubs are a short drive away.



There are two Supermarkets and a Pharmacy in the village and on Saturday mornings you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables at the local market in the village square.

Car is recommended.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.



We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.



There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.



Prices for this property are in Euros.



Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.



From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already paid.
