Semi-detached holiday home with very large outdoor area with barbecue area and balcony / veranda for your relaxing moments. The house is distributed over two floors and has two entrances. From the ground floor there is access to the living room, kitchen and outdoor veranda and, on both sides, to a bedroom and a bathroom in the sleeping area. The rest of the house is accessible via an internal staircase leading to the first floor where there is a beautiful large terrace that goes around the house, three more bedrooms (one with a balcony) and a bathroom. The house is suitable for large families and friends and in particular for those with children. The beach (Genn'e Mari at 300 m) with the crystal clear sea and shallow water is perfect for adults and children. At only 1.3 km and for about 1.5 km the beaches of Baccu Mandara and Kala and Moru. But the jewel of the coast is La Spiaggia di Mare Pintau, with Caribbean colors, just entered the list of Blue Flags of Sardinia.
