The home is 4 km from San Giuliano Terme, 10 km from Pisa and 13 km from Lucca. The location will allow you to enjoy the silence of the woods, but also to be able to reach in a short time: Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Florence. Art, history, nature, excellent food and wine tours will allow you to treat yourself. The house owners live near to the holiday home and will be able to answer all your queries. There is a cosy fireplace in the living room where you can spend some time.

• A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car!
• Beach towels are not included
• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
