Description
This wonderful, authentic holiday home in Sant Feliu de Guixols has a large patio, a pool, a lovely sun terrace and a garage. This house, once a cork factory and subsequently a dance school, is close to the beach and also within walking distance from all amenities in the centre with many terraces, restaurants and shops. The distance to the centre is only 500 m. By car you can make many trips to nearby beaches, towns and beautiful nature reserves. There are also plenty of bike/hike possibilities as well as other activities closeby. There are three double bedrooms each with a bathroom en-suite. The house has a modern kitchen and outside kitchen/gas barbecue. The patio is a lovely spot to sit, relax, and lounge.
