Villa Borgonja is a comfortable holiday house for 12 persons, located in a small village Mocibobi in Karojba distant only 5 km from the picturesque medieval town Motovun, famous for the art of finding and preparing truffles. The house is situated on a private enclosed garden of 1,000 sqm where the guests have on their disposal an outdoor swimming pool of 50 sqm, terrace with sitting set for 14 persons, open terrace with table football, barbecue and parking for 4 cars.


House for 12 persons with a total living area of 234 sqm situated on three floors and consisting of two separate accommodation units that are rented as one unit for 12 persons. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room for friends or family gatherings with a kitchen, dining table for 10 persons, sofa bed for one child, two double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, shower/WC with sauna. On the first floor (separate entrance - not connected to the ground floor) there is a living room with satellite TV, kitchen, dining table for 8 persons and access to a spacious terrace, two double bedrooms each with two single beds, with a private shower/toilet and access to a shared balcony, separate toilet in the hallway. From the first floor a staircase leads to the attic, where there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. One is extremely large with shower/toilet, satellite TV and sitting area, and the other with bathroom, satellite TV and a sofa bed for 1 child.
