The house benefits from a strategic position, being only 14 Km from the lovely historical center of Verona, at 2 Km from the nearest town San Martino Buon Albergo, with many shops and services, including the train station and the natural park “Ponticello”, where outdoor sports can be practiced. You may also visit Soave, at 23 Km, a Medieval hamlet famous for its local wine production, Vicenza at 50 Km, Venice only 110 Km and the beautiful shores of Lake Garda at 40 Km. The tower is organized on four levels. The basement is composed of kitchen and a large dining room. The ground floor features living room, double bedroom, bathroom; the first floor is composed of double bedroom with bathroom, whereas the second floor features double bedroom with bathrooms. The owner lives in the villa adjacent to the house and has two large dogs.
