Situated in a old traditional fishing village with several Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, Chemist, Mini Supermarket, Hairdressers, Beauty Salon, Taxi Rank, 3 Polo fields. At least 10 golf courses close by (57 golf courses on Costa del Sol) including the famous 'Valderama' Golf Course which is 1-2 miles from the Villa. Villa has caretakers who can do extra Cleaning, Cooking, Babysitting and Driving at nominal rates. Client pays caretakers direct. They have their own accommodation on basement level completely separate to main house. They have no access to pool or main garden area. The caretakers have part time work locally.
