Portion of a semi- detached house in the center of the small town of Gaiarine. The house dates back to 700 and has a large entrance hall and a staircase with neoclassic frescoes. In the property there is a small church where religious ceremonies can be celebrated and a large park in the internal part of the property to be shared with the owners. In the quiet Gaiarine you can stroll through the streets of the center, among shops and clubs and all kind of services. Treviso is 40 km: here you can relax walking through the streets, historic buildings and courtyards following the stream of “buranelli” (channels) and visit the famous Piazza dei Signori, cultural and social center of the city, or go shopping through he streets of the center. This is a good starting point to visit Venezia (70 km), with the San Marco Cathedral overlooking the homonymous square and the Canal Grande crossed by the Rialto Bridge. We can discover Venezia also by “gondola” through the channels. In a radius of 20 km you can find characteristic villages like Vittorio Veneto and Conegliano, from which there are countless food and wine tours though the hills of the famous Prosecco with many wine cellars where tasting the renowned local wines. A curiosity: along the river Piave (20 km away) there are museums dedicated to the war. If you want to spend a day at the beach, only 50 km there are the equipped beaches of Jesolo on the Adriatic Coast, with parks for children and clubs suitable for all the family. If you love active holidays, 50 km the Dolomites await you for practicing all kind of activities: trekking, Nordic walking, mountain biking or the Santa Croce Lake for windsurfing.
