This spacious holiday accommodation in the hills of Visignano, 18 km from Firenzuola, is set within an impressive and authentic hamlet with a private bio-pool. The property is located in the Tosco-Emilian Apennines, 700 meters above sea level and enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding and wooded hills and mountains, which are up to 1000 meters high. The holiday complex consists of four restored country houses which are rented together. The interiors radiate a warm and cozy atmosphere and are ideal for families with children or friends traveling together. On the ground floor of the main house you will find a professional kitchen with fireplace, a large dining room and a toilet; On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, armchairs and sofas, ideal for relaxing and 2 additional toilets. On the 2nd floor there are two communicating bedrooms (one double and one twin) with en-suite bathroom and two further double bedrooms with bathroom. In another building you will find a kitchen with fireplace, a living room with fireplace on ground floor and on the 1st floor two bedrooms with bathroom (also accessible from the outside). In a former barn there are a sofa bed and a closet with kitchenette, and on the 1st floor, a double bedroom with bathroom. The fourth and smallest building contains a living area with sofa, a bathroom and upstairs two single beds. The large covered terrace in a corner of the garden is furnished and equipped with barbecue so you can spend your convivial evenings barbecuing and eating all together. The products of the adjoining, terraced vegetable garden are also available. Walk to the panoramic pool, where you can enjoy the sun until sunset. For younger guests, there is a play area, while adults can challenge each other at the ping-pong table. The property is fenced and the large parking for 10 cars is right at the entrance, outside the property. The accommodation is part of a prestigious farm with a breeding of beef cattle but the company also produces cheese, cereals and chestnuts. The property is an excellent starting point to visit Tuscany. Here are some tips for your excursions: Florence about 75 km, the Mugello race-track and the lake Bilancino about 50 km. Don’t miss the Saterno River (6 km away), where you can fish, swim and of course admire the enchanting scenery.
