Villa Leonardo is situated within one of La Manga Club’s most exclusive communities, Monte Leon, made up of only 15 properties. Set high on the hillside above the community of Monte Verde, this tranquil villa commands spectacular panoramic views across the resort and the Mar Menor Lagoon. Perfect for outdoor living, it has a unique orientation so that it benefits from day long sunshine all year round, as well as a splendid private pool with optional heating available at an additional charge (not available between November - February). Please note however that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months. Leonardo is furnished to a contemporary standard and is fully air-conditioned throughout, offering spacious, light and airy accommodation for families or friends. Patio doors from the lounge and the dining area lead out onto steps down to the terrace, which is an ideal place for sunbathing and alfresco dining. Leonardo is truly a serene escape where you will feel in utmost seclusion yet surrounded by the world class sporting facilities of La Manga Club. There are not too many properties in this area, meaning this is a great place to relax and take in the views. You are still only a short drive from the many facilities that La Manga Club offers as well as an abundance of restaurants and bars plus the main supermarket at Las Sabinas, serving everything from local specialities to international favourites.
