About 5 km from Talla lies this nice holiday home located on the edge of a small historic settlement. The former farmhouse has been stylishly restored and tastefully decorated: the historic atmosphere of the house has been preserved and is now complemented by modern comfort. Directly from the kitchen you reach the largely covered terrace with barbecue and wonderful views over the wide oak forests. One of the bedrooms (with bathroom) has a separate entrance from the terrace. The bright kitchen is well equipped (induction cooker, American fridge with ice cube production). Enjoy the peace of the forests; take a walk to the source below the former wash house (300 m). Cook something good and end the day with an aperitif on the terrace. If you wish to do some sports - trekking and cycling can practiced in the nearby natural park of Casentino (15 km) or Prato Magno (20 km to the summit 1592 m). Everywhere there is something to discover: Medieval castles, spiritual monasteries (Camaldoli and La Verna, about 40 km), picturesque hill towns such as Bibbiena and Poppi (about 20 km). Stroll in Arezzo (25 km) where the first weekend of the month is dedicated to a big antique market. Siena and Florence (80 km) are within an hour's drive. In Talla you will find everything for daily use: bars, ristorante, organic shop, groceries and an outdoor swimming pool (6 km) Parking and a nice children's playground right in front of the Borgo (about 150 m).
