Sea Breeze ~ Lapa is a newly built villa located in Playa Blanca, (Lanzarote Island, Canary Islands, Spain) surrounded by volcanoes and the Atlantic Ocean; waters with a beautiful contrast of colors that you will not forget.It is located in the south of the island; modern design, with lots of light and space. It is distributed in a totally open space, integrating the different rooms: living room, kitchen, a large terrace, jacuzzi and private heated outdoor pool. It has air conditioning in all the rooms of the house, free WiFi, safe, last generation alarm and private parking.The lounge is very spacious and has 55" TV with the possibility of watching foreign channels, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob...). You will also find a room with a washing machine, an ironing area and a clothesline.The villa has 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 3 bathrooms, 2 of the bedrooms en suite with a double bed (king size) and one of them with two single beds.
