Holiday park Le Residenze di Archimede is located in the small village of Fanusa, in the eastern part of Sicily. The park is located at 9 km from the historical city of Siracuse, in beautiful natural surroundings with palm trees, flowers and olive trees. On this coast you'll find the protected nature reserve Plemmirio, with beautiful sandy beaches. Holiday park Le Residenze Archimede consists of a group of 51 apartments, divided over several buildings, surrounded by a lush garden with fragrant lavender, bergamot, orange and mandarin trees. All ingredients for a wonderful relaxed holiday are here. A small road leads to the private beach with a crystal clear blue sea, only 150 m from the park. Young and old will enjoy the swimming pool, with plenty of loungers and parasols. At the open bar you can enjoy summery cocktails, snacks and light lunches. The restaurant offers a variety in Mediterranean and Sicilian specialities, wonderful pizzas, but also special menus for small guests. For sports enthusiasts there's a possibility to play some tennis on the tennis court, beach volleyball or join an aqua aerobics class. The children will also enjoy themselves in the playground or playing foosball and table tennis. From the park you have direct access to Parco Marino del Plemmirio, a protected nature reserve with an unspoilt coastline with rocks, pebble and sandy beaches and a unique underwater world. It's a popular spot for divers and snorkelers. 9 km north of the holiday park you'll find the city of Siracuse, which has been on UNESCO's World Heritage list since 2005. This town was founded in 734 BC and is a true open-air museum with its many remains from antiquity. The Teatro Greco is one of the largest and best preserved Greek amphitheaters in the world. During the summer months they still perform Greek tragedies here. It's wonderful to end a visit to this picturesque city in one of the many pleasant outdoor cafes. The apartments in a holiday park Le Residenze Archimede are situated on the ground floor or the first floor. Everything is built in Mediterranean style, with modern and complete and comfortable furnishings. You can choose from a 2-person apartment (IT-96100-66), a 3-person apartment (IT-96100-67) or a 4-person apartment (IT-96100-68). In order to guarantee peace and privacy, all apartments feature double glazing and sound-proof doors. All apartments have air conditioning and a terrace or balcony with garden furniture.
