Century, 600 m from the village of Badia Agnano in the neighborhood of Bucine and half-way between Arezzo and Siena; in an ideal position for excursions all over Tuscany. The house has maintained its characteristic Tuscan construction details and furnishings such as terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, furniture and interior decoration which make the property comfortable. In the large (5000 m2), private, fully fenced garden you will find the salt water pool (6x12, open from 15/5 to 15/10) in a sunny and panoramic position, equipped with sun umbrellas and deck-chairs. Access via 100 m private dirt track in good conditions. On the ground-floor a small loggia with oven and built-in barbecue, living-room with fireplace, kitchen with access onto the outside area, a double bedroom with private bathroom and access onto the outside area, another double bedroom and a bathroom with easy access for persons with motor problems. On the first floor 5 double bedrooms, each of them with private bathroom. Air conditioning with thermostat in each room (payment upon the spot). Distances: Montevarchi 16 km, Arezzo 26 km, Gaiole in Chianti 34,6 km, Siena 49 km, Florence 64,4 km. Some tips for your trips: Arezzo, with its ancient buildings that once belonged to merchants and nobles, religious constructions, jewels of medieval architecture and culture. The city is also known for the jewelry industry and antiques market that takes place in the historic center of Arezzo once a month. In Siena you will have the opportunity to admire one of the words' most beautiful squares: the shell-shaped Piazza del Campo, where the antique horse race called Palio takes place twice a year. Don't miss to visit the imposing cathedral, the ancient town-hall and the numerous art treasures, which can be seen in several museums.
