Villa Belarpa is a **villa** situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla.

This beautiful part of the Spanish Mediterranean, known as the Gold Coast, is famous for its mountains sweeping down to golden sandy beaches. **Costa Dorada** has a unique climate that is warm in summer and mild in winter.

L'Ampolla is a fishing village that has happily avoided being a tourist destination. Famed through-out the Costa Dorada for its cuisine, the oysters, razor clams and fish all come straight from the waters of the bay. While it does have a gentle pace of life with great beaches, there is still jet ski rental and boat hire for fishing, beach volleyball tournaments and a summer season night-club, music concerts and festivals to provide lots of interesting variety.

**Villa Belarpa** is a mix of luxury and comfort, located just a five minutes stroll to the Arenal beach. It is a spacious, beautifully designed villa with an open reception foyer, two separate lounge areas, independent and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and separate utilities room. The villa has five bedrooms, four on the ground serviced by two bathrooms while upstairs there is the master bedroom and bathroom with a second lounge area. The capacity of Belarpa is for ten to twelve guests. There is also a large shaded patio with table for al fresco dining, a stone barbecue in the lawned garden with **private pool** and sun lounges. There are automatic gates and pedestrian access and the property is located in a safe and secure neighbourhood. All in all, it is an excellent choice for a two/three family holiday as it offers comfort, privacy and a little touch of class.
